1. State-Level Social Audit Training
📍 Giridih, Jharkhand | 🗓️ April 2024
ASI conducted a state-level training for social audit volunteers in collaboration with the MNREGA Commissioner's Office, Jharkhand Government. The goal was to strengthen the transparency and accountability of rural employment schemes.
🔹 Trained over 80 volunteers across Jharkhand
🔹 Focused on social accountability tools, RTI, and village-level audits
🔹 Led by ASI Secretary Ramdeo Vishwabandhu, State Resource Person for Social Audit
✅ 2. Gram Sabha Empowerment Campaign
📍 Multiple Villages in Giridih | 🗓️ December 2023
In partnership with ActionAid, this campaign empowered rural communities to participate in Gram Sabha decision-making. It included street plays, training on governance rights, and grievance redressal mechanisms..

✅ 4. Vanchit Adhikar Abhiyan – Inclusive Development Campaign
📍 Giridih & Nearby Districts | 🗓️ 2022 – 2023
This people’s movement aimed to bridge the gap between rights and access for Dalits, minorities, and tribal communities. Activities included legal aid camps, awareness rallies, and interface meetings.

✅ 3. Forest Rights Awareness Drive (FRA)
📍 Tribal Hamlets, Giridih | 🗓️ August 2023
With support from Global Green Grant Fund, we launched an intensive drive to spread awareness about the Forest Rights Act (2006).
