Who We Are

Ambedkar Social Institute (ASI) is a non-governmental, non-profit trust founded on 31st December 1998 in Giridih, Jharkhand. Registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882, ASI has been working relentlessly for the upliftment of marginalized communities including Dalits, tribal populations, women, children, and differently-abled individuals. We envision a just, inclusive, and sustainable society where every individual—regardless of caste, gender, or economic background—can live with dignity and actively participate in democratic processes.
